As a leader we are often put in a position of being the judge. We have to decide if what the team or an individual is doing is good or bad and then take action to either reward or admonish. What if instead we looked at our role as being the lead resource? In other words, what if our role as leader is to make sure that the people who work for us have everything they need to be successful? When something isn’t working instead of judging it as bad we ask, what is needed to make it work?
