Possibly one of the hardest things for most people to do is to ask for help. If we need to ask for help we may think that we will be seen as weak or not good enough. Sometimes asking makes us feel like beggars and we may think that if we ask that we are bothering people. But if we are honest in our communications and truly respect the other person and ourselves then asking becomes a place of connection that supports both the asker and the responder.
