Try this out. Walk around your room and notice how your legs feel. Now think of something that frustrates you or makes you angry or resentful. Put all of that energy into your feet. Stomp around the room. Notice how your legs feel now. My guess is that your feeling some stress on your legs.
Now stop stomping and walk naturally again. Notice that the stress on your legs has stopped.
Newton’s third law says that for every action there is an equal and opposing reaction. If we allow ourselves to be frustrated or angry or resentful then life comes back at us with the same force. Life can feel hard, like a struggle or as if we are in a fight for our life.
What if we made a decision to stop stomping?
