Today is election day 2020.
Many people are worried about what will happen to our country. Stores in cities are being boarded up in anticipation of riots. People who have already voted are talking about not leaving their homes.
What can we do?
We can reach out to someone who is sick. We can lend our support to a person looking for work. We can call a new employee and make them feel welcome. We can share a kind word with a person with whom we disagree. We can make plans to meet with a work friend we haven’t seen since every one started working from home. We can take a long walk, tell a good joke or sing a song.
The choice is ours.
Will you worry or waltz through today?
