My then boyfriend Bob, his brother Tim and I were hiking in the Rockies. Being the smallest of the three I was carrying the pack with the least items, the tent, a raincoat and a frying pan.
After four hours of climbing I was wiped. The guys were poking fun at me, calling me a wimp.
After a break, Tim offered to switch packs. As he picked up my pack he realized that I had been carrying the heaviest pack. The tent was canvas, the raincoat was rubber and the frying pan was cast iron.
It can look on the outside like someone is carrying a light load when inside they are carrying a heavy weight.
Who do you know who might need to catch a break today?
