Until Kathy was five years old, her family lived in the city. The city house had a hard cement front stoop, a small patch of grass and play was restricted because the city could be dangerous for a five year old.
The year Kathy turned five her family moved to the country. What she remembers is how much space there was to run and play and the sense of freedom she felt.
Where in your career do you feel like you are sitting on the cement stoop? What would you need to change in your life that would allow you the freedom to run and play?
