On New Years eve people celebrated with fireworks, drank champagne, sang Auld Lang Syne, took a broom and swept 2020 out the door, and jumped for joy.
Today is Monday, the first Monday of 2021. Anticipation is high for a great week and year ahead. Notice your feelings whether of anticipation, excitement, hope or something better for the new year.
What is that feeling for you? What images come up for you associated with that feeling? Where do you sense those feelings in your body? How does the world look to you when you sense those feelings? How do you respond to the day? What is your level of energy? How big is your smile?
