When we are feeling angry it is always the result of a deep-seated fear that a need of ours is not currently being met or in the future will not be met. Good questions in these situations: “What need am I concerned won’t be met?” “How true is it that it won’t be met?”  “What changes can I make that will allow that need to be met?”
